| Ventura will be launched in April 2008 and amongst the nine restaurants on board will be Marco s fine dining venue, The White Room, which will serve classic Italian cuisine. Marco has finalised menus for his new restaurant on board, The White Room, with dishes to include veloute of pea with pancetta, fillet of turbot with citrus fruits, olive oil, coriander and baby fennel, and hot raspberry soufflé. Marco Pierre White said: “After being in Hell’s Kitchen, I am looking forward to the heavenly surroundings on board Ventura. “The menus I have created for the White Room have been put together using simple authentic ingredients to produce colourful, light dishes where the flavours speak for themselves.” Ventura will also be home to the first floating Frankie s Bar & Grill, Marco s restaurant in partnership with Frankie Dettori. |
